Where it is

  • In the sidebar, in the Ward AI group: Chat.
  • On each finding, “Get help with Ward AI”: a chat about that problem, to guide you step by step.
  • On an analysis in the Analyzer, “Ask Ward AI about this analysis”: a side panel with that analysis as context.
  • Conversations opened from an analysis also appear in Chat, to continue them full screen.

How to use it

  • Write your question, or press one of the suggested questions.
  • Ask follow-up questions: Ward AI keeps the thread of the conversation.
  • “New conversation” starts from scratch. The previous ones stay in the list.
  • Each conversation takes up to 100 questions, and each message up to 2,000 characters.
  • Under each answer you can copy it, or mark it as helpful or not helpful.
  • If an answer is cut short, press “Continue”.

Questions that work well

  • Where do I start?
  • What's most urgent this week?
  • How is the Ward Score calculated?
  • What does this finding mean, and how do I fix it?

What not to share

  • Passwords, keys or codes. If something looks like one, Ward AI hides it, but don't count on that.
  • Other people's personal data that you don't need to share.

Quota and limits

  • The quota of the month shows as a percentage, at the top of the chat and under the input box.
  • From 80% used, the box underneath tells you what's left.
  • When the quota runs out, the chat waits for the renewal on the 1st of the month.
  • Without an active plan, the chat invites you to choose one in Billing.
